Skin glow improvement..my secret? Cleansing Milk!

What is  Cleansing Milk?

If you have dry skin and are looking for a product that can effectively remove dirt and oil from your pores without drying it even further, try cleansing milk.

Face cleansing milk  refers to facial cleanser that does not use soaps or chemicals to remove your makeup and clean your skin. They are usually formulated with all natural or organic seed oils as well as natural herb extracts.

The end result? Conditioning and moisturising effect and a much radiant looking skin.

I have used Arise Cleansing Milk since February this year and i am happy to share my results here:

- my skin feels "plumpier" - you know that baby-bottom-soft- skin feeling;

- putting on make up is so much easier nowadays with no blotchiness;

- i feel happier as i am slso taking care of our environment

Arise is organic skincare imported directly from Switzerland with Bio Cert and Eco Cert.

You must try it! I feel the effects within its first application and tje improvements becomes apparent within the month.

How to use it?

1. Have a dollop of Arise Face Cleansing Milk

2. Rub it in a circular motion on your face and neck (note: neck is where the most obvious tell-tale signs of aging with lines on the neck)

3. Do not rub it too hard, just a slight soft pressure will do.

4. Concentrate on the hairline region as well as the areas around your nose.

5. You cann remove make up, foundation and eye make with this product

What to do when you have a "Simpul Biawak"  or Leg Muscle Cramps

Simpul biawak or leg muscle cramps happen when your muscle  contracts on its own involuntarily resulting in a spasm.

Why do I get cramps? It is because of any of the following reasons:  -  your muscles are tired  - your muscles are overused -  your body is dehydrated - you lost much pottassium and magnesium affecting the way your muscles work - if you are 65 or older - you are at higher risk  to get muscle cramps - you have any of these conditions - diabetes or hypothyroidism - athletes performing in a high intensity, long duration sports
What to do? Immediately stop the activity that triggers the cramp.  - Dont go against the cramps. - Breathe gently through your nose and exhale through your mouth. - Lightly stretch the muscles following the directions of the cramp and once cramps has subsided, stretch slowly against it.  - Only lightly massage the area while stretching it.  - Keep the area warm.
